The house has two bedrooms and a large living room. It has a confortable 45sqm terrace with a jacuzzi. From the terrace you will be able to get some nice views of Barcelona. This two bedroom house is located in the heart of the Villa Olimpica, is extremely convenient as the visitor is close to the beach and yet close from the Old Town Barcelona, Gothic Quarters, El Borne and the famous Las Ramblas. The house has two floors. On the first floor, there is living room all equipped with Tv, hi-fi, table and chairs. The kitchen is very modern equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. And a small toillette. On the segond floor, there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a hidromassage bathtube. The property has also a washing machine, heating and internet. On the top roof there is a 45sqm terrace with jacuzzi.

Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.

francisco on 24 of April of 2011 : El apartamento está localizado en un sitio magnífico para conocer bnc, pero las instalaciones del mismo son patéticas. el baño, no hay ducha, dispone solamente de una bañera tipo jacuzzi en la que ducharse significa inundar el piso del baño al no haber ninguna cortina o mampara, además por el mismo suelo pasan cables eléctricos con el consiguiente peligro de electrocución. las sábanas tipo polyester terribles. los edredones muy sucios y la persona de contacto muy mal (le llamamos 30 minutos antes de llegar a bcn y nos tuvo esperando más de una hora en la puerta) cuando llegó, no pudimos disfrutar del apto., porque lo tenían que limpiar. en definitiva muy mala organización y mal estado de conservación d...
