The area: Castelldefels in located in the Garraf coast,  afew minutes from Barcelona and its international airport, and with more than 8 kms of fine sand. Its wonderful location has made it a touristic destination for those willing to discover the contrasts of the place. Visitors will be able to practise any water sport in the great facilities of its marina, and even practise  canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built for the 1992 Olympic Games. The ancient Fels castle, which gives its name to its locality, dominates the coastline of the city. Also, in Castelldefels you’ll find one of the biggest shopping centers which opens 7 days a week.
