The apartment is located in the Arganzuela neighbourhood. It's only 15 minutes walking from the city center (Puerta del Sol). Its location is privileged, you can walk to the Retiro park, Del Prado and Reina Sofia museums and the botanical garden. Also, the area is very well connected to the rest of the city, with several bus, train and tube lines.
This apartment is prepared for 6 persons. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The living room /dinning room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV, DVD and a table with chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with coffee maker, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, vitro ceramic hob, washing machine and cooking utensils. The apartment has two complete bathrooms. In the building there is also a communal area with exterior swimming pool, gym and sauna (consult conditions). The apartment has air conditioning and heating, as well as a private car park (consult. Price: 15€ per day).
