This 70 sqm apartment, at the third floor of a located close to the famous San Sebastian beach. The apartment features two wonderful terraces.
One of the nicest beaches in Sitges. Golden fine sand and quiet swell. Situated in the middle of the neuralgic area, with very nice views to Sitges old town. Of small size is very visited by residents and tourists. Sitges is a very tourist place, because is still preserving the charm that makes this place very special.
The flat is layed out in order to house up to 4 people. It features two bedrooms, each one with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, cabel Tv and a small fireplace. The kithcen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, washer, and cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, iron, heating and two terraces, a small one accesible from the living room and one bedroom, and a second and larger one, with table and chairs, which can be reached from the kitchen and the second bedroom.Special conditions
Check in are at 2pm and check out at 11am.

>>Concernant le rapport qualité/prix de l'appartement cela été un peut exessif.Personne de contacte sur place un peut dur a joindre,réponses uniquement par sms.Deux terraces ,mais une pas utilisable car toute la journée en plein soleil sans aucunes protections (parasol ou stores) alors que la personne m'avait dit qu'il y avait tout sur place.Vaisselle trés limitée.Voisinage du dessus trés bruyant.Il est mentionné télé ,mais meme les chaines espagnoles ne sont pas bien captées.Literie un peut basique et surtout une des chambres sans rideaux donc dés 6.00 du matin plein soleil .Domage pour cet appartement car bien situé mais manque d'un peut plus de confort et d'équipement pour le prix auquel il est loué par la propriétaire,je garde en tout cas votre site pour l'an prochain en espérant tomber sur une location qui sera idéale ! merci a l'année prochaine.La..."
