340 sqm tower (house) with terrace, garden, and wonderful views located in the exclusive Aiguadolç marina.
With its golden sand this is the nicest and quietest beach in Sitges. It has a “chiringuito” (bar in the sand), where you can eat in a privileged environment, with services of hammocks and skates. It is located next to the port, where some of the best restaurants, bars of glasses and stores are located.
The house is layed out in three different stories, and is able to house up to eleven persons in 6 bedrooms, three of them with a double bed, two with two single beds each and the last one with one single bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, Tv and radio Cd. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. It has two full bathrooms. The apartment also features heating, fans, iron, fireplace, grill and parking.

Stefanie on 24 of August of 2009 : The only issue we had was that we were not near a supermarket and did not know this upon arrival. the address was also not specific enough and when we arrived we had some issues finding the villa (which was beautiful!). also one shower was not working and we called our contact and told them in english, and then in spanish, we also send to text messages (one in english and one in spanish) and were told that the shower was that way...but infact there was a leak in the shower head therefore the water only dripped out and 9 of us had to share one shower downstiars which was slightly inconvenient. other than that it was great. ..."
