This distinguished and modern flat of about 99 sqm is located in hte historical and commercial center of Sitges, only a few minutes away from the San Sebastian and La Fragata beaches, and 4 minutes from the train station.
La Fragata is one of the nicest beaches in Sitges. Golden fine sand and quiet swell. Situated in the middle of the neuralgic area, with very nice views to Sitges old town. Of small size is very visited by residents and tourists. Sitges is a very tourist place, because is still preserving the charm that makes this place very special.
The flat is comfortably layed out for six people. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another one with two single beds, and another one with a pull out bed. The living room features a sofa and Tv. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and all the necessary utensils. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. . The apartment also features washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning and heating.
