This 70 sqm apartment, at the first floor of a located close to the famous San Sebastian beach. The apartment features two wonderful terraces.
One of the nicest beaches in Sitges. Golden fine sand and quiet swell. Situated in the middle of the neuralgic area, with very nice views to Sitges old town. Of small size is very visited by residents and tourists. Sitges is a very tourist place, because is still preserving the charm that makes this place very special.
The flat is layed out in order to house up to 4 people. It features two bedrooms, each one with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, cabel Tv, Dvd and a small fireplace. The kithcen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, washer, and cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, iron, heating and two terraces, a small one accesible from the living room and one bedroom, and a second and larger one, with table and chairs, which can be reached from the kitchen and the second bedroom.
