The duplex is about 110 square meters plus a 30 square meters terrace and a little garden. You can see the sea from everywhere in the duplex. There are two communitarian pools in the complex, one for adults and one for children. There are also 2 security guards 24 hours a day. The “Casa del Mar” residential complex is located in Sant Pere de Ribas and is bathed by the Mediterranean Sea . It is 5 minutes driving from Sitges, and very well connected by bus both to Sitges and Vilanova I la Geltrú. The nearest beaches are those from Sitges or Vilanova only 5 minutes by car. In the upper story you can find the well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, glass ceramic hob: all this facing the terrace. There´s also a bathroom in this floor. In the lower story there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other two have beds with underbeds; among a dressing room with a big closet and two complete bathrooms – one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. All the bedrooms face the garden and the sea. It has two parking slots.

Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
