• Take at least one piece of pa amb tomaquet, the famous catalonian bread spreaed with tomato and olive oil.
• If you like seefood, try fideua that is similar to paella, but made with noodles instead of rice. It’s delicious!
• If you come to Barcelona on winter, do not miss the calçots, a kind of sweet-long onions, roasted and combined with romesco sauce.
