Good location, beautiful apartment. But there was a very foul odor in the small bedroom. (BIG negative)

The apartment was a good size although looking a little tired in the master bathroom and kitchen (kitchen really needs to be upgraded draws were falling apart); equipment wasn't bad, most things we needed were there but I have to say it is one of the only apartments I've ever come across with a kettle that has more water coming out the bottom than the spout which being as you heat it on the hob means you have to be careful of spitting boiling water as it boiled outside the kettle. The linen was clean and in a good condition, the fridge clean and worked well which can't be said for the lighting in the hallways which sometimes did and sometimes didn't work. The electric socket in the master bathroom was frightening and just hangs beside the lighting so I dried my hair in the bedroom! The other reviews have comment on the smell and it's true it is bad but I took air freshener in preparation and we used it more than once a day, I think it's just one of those buildings that traps bad smells, both in the back bedroom and second bathroom. The aircon worked perfect and the terrace a beautiful place to see giving you view of the sea and mountains although both at a distance. But overall it is a good apartment and I would stay there again so can recommend it.

The appartment is very good located with a beatiful view and is fully equiped, furhtermore it is very close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately it has a problem with the back room where it smells really bad.

El piso esta muy bien, esta muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia y de la estación de metro. Hay muchos comercios alrededor y es muy praticó (panadería, frutería y comida para llevar) El unico punto negativo es un mal olor en la habitacion pequeña ( problemas de tuberia y de canalización)

Overall it was clean but a little smelly, has a great terrace but the kitchen is really bad equipped, even simple stuff was missing, even for us as we did not plan to cook here. No wine glasses, 1 coffee cup only! The bath was dirty, shower head holder broken and bath drain clogged.

Great location! Lots of fruit/veg shops and bakeries close-by. Just around the corner from the Sagrada Familia underground station, so plenty of transport links. The apartment is a great size - lots of space inside, with a large terrace. However, the second bedroom had a strange smell so we did not use this room. Also, there was only one cup and no bowls for cereal/soup etc - the apartment was for four people so should be kitted out accordingly. We found the oven a bit difficult to use, so some instructions would help. There was also washing left out on the terrace - we didn't go on holiday to look at other peoples laundry!

No coffeemachine, no teapot, not enough tea-/ coffeecups.the showerhandle in the masterbathroom is missing. Great apartment, great terrace!

L'appartement est tres bien la siuation egalement la terrasse geniale par contre pas de tasse ni de bol pour dejeuner !!! et pas de cafetiere seul point negatif et pour se garer c'est l'impossibilite pas de place et l'heure tres chere dommage que ce n'est pas noter dans le resume de l'appartement.
